  Christone Enterprises is proud to offer the quickest funds-processing in the industry.  Our owners can count on us to provide their funds promptly and accurately.  We also offer free electronic-funds transfer to your bank account of choice, but can issue paper checks, if preferred.

  Our comprehensive monthly statements provide full accountability for all financial activity.  We include original invoices for your review and offer itemized, accurate records of every income and expense that affects your property.  Our files are quickly-accessible electronically to allow us to provide anything you may need, at any time.

  Our in-house sister company, ELM Construction, is fully-licensed and insured to handle your property’s routine maintenance 24 hours a day.  We get the job done right by providing qualified, reasonably-priced maintenance personnel.  Our network of professional contractors ensures we’re able to effectively handle your property’s larger needs and we also provide in-house financing to allow our owners flexibility when maintenance issues pop-up.  From a new faucet to a new roof, we can handle it.  Christone Enterprises understands that your property is an investment and we are committed to protecting its value through proper maintenance.

• INCOME-TAX ASSISTANCE AND PROPERTY TAX REVIEWS
  
  We simplify tax preparation by providing the expenses required to complete your Schedule E.  Advertising, maintenance, management fees, repairs and utility costs can be provided to you at year’s end as part of our service to you.  Christone Enterprises is also willing to review your property taxes and initiate a protest, if appropriate.  We’re by your side when the Tax Man Cometh.

• COMPREHENSIVE HOME PROTECTION PLAN
  
  Christone Enterprises continues to lead the way in property management by offering an exclusive in-house Home Protection Plan.  Our HPP provides you with peace of mind by limiting liability on maintenance costs.  We protect all of your property’s minor and major systems, including appliances.  One low deductible covers repair or replacement and protects your investment.  Please review our HPP Contract for more information on this voluntary program.
